Ok, it's up to you if you want to use it or not.
Saying you got it off of Google 2 years ago isn't very reliable to tell if it is fan art or not. Fan art can be done by you or someone else. I was expecting some source like a link to the original site or book you got the scan from. With that I could investigate whether it is official art or not. Since it was 2 years ago... yeah... it will be hard.
Anyway, I just didn't want your wallpaper rejected due to fan art. The image does fit the wall but AP has its rules. You can try submitting it. Although I think it will be rejected because it looks like fan art. You don't have the original source to tell otherwise.
